Can N95 masks be reused?

In the past, when the epidemic was severe, I would discard an N95 mask after each outing. Now, I can wear one for two or three days, but I always feel uncomfortable after wearing it. May I ask whether N95 masks can be reused?

N95 respirators are not designed for reuse. According to the applicable standards, N95 respirators must be replaced every six hours. After six hours of use, their protective efficacy is completely lost. During use, N95 respirators may become contaminated with bacteria and viruses; reusing them poses safety risks. Moreover, once an N95 respirator is removed, its protective function is immediately compromised. If re-entering a contaminated environment, a new N95 respirator must be worn to ensure adequate protection.
