In clinical practice, intense pulsed light (IPL) photorejuvenation can effectively remove blackheads to a certain extent; however, the efficacy largely depends on the depth of the blackheads. For superficial blackheads located on the skin’s surface, IPL photorejuvenation typically yields favorable results. However, if blackheads are numerous and deeply embedded within the hair follicles, the removal efficacy of IPL photorejuvenation is comparatively limited.
