Symptoms of low testosterone in men include slowed cognitive responses in daily life, increased timidity, decreased physical stamina and energy levels, muscle weakness, markedly reduced libido, poor sperm quality, and, in severe cases, sexual dysfunction. Some patients may also experience increased body fat, anemia, and osteoporosis. Symptom presentation can vary significantly; in children with low testosterone, abnormal development of the reproductive system may occur.
