Moderate physical activity is encouraged postoperatively; prolonged bed rest should be avoided to prevent postoperative intestinal adhesions. Regular follow-up visits are essential during the recovery period, typically scheduled 15–20 days after surgery. However, if severe pain or significant discomfort occurs postoperatively, an earlier follow-up evaluation is warranted.
