Recurrent oral ulcers in a 7-year-old child can be managed according to the underlying cause. If the ulcers result from a deficiency in B vitamins, supplementation can be achieved through foods rich in these vitamins—such as animal liver, eggs, dairy products, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Additionally, bacterial or viral infections may cause stomatitis or oral herpes; in such cases, antimicrobial agents—including cephalosporins or amoxicillin—are recommended for treatment.
