Shin pain during running is commonly caused by muscle injury, myofascial inflammation, and other factors. Excessive running can damage the muscles and muscle groups attached to the tibia, gradually increasing internal pressure and tension within the muscles. This leads to inflammatory stimulation, resulting in pain and swelling in the shin area. Additionally, underlying conditions such as tibial osteoporosis, myofasciitis, or bursitis may also cause localized牵涉 pain (referred pain) during running.
