Ovarian diseases can generally be screened using ultrasound via the rectal cavity or vaginal examination. If an ovarian cyst is detected during ultrasound examination, further differentiation between benign and malignant nature is required, followed by targeted treatment based on the findings. However, if the ultrasound reveals a relatively large ovarian cyst with internal hyperechoic changes and blood flow signals, this may indicate a more serious condition, necessitating prompt evaluation with CT or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
