Clinically, the following adverse reactions may occur after administration of the attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine. First, patients may experience systemic adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, and even fever. However, these reactions are generally mild and not severe; fever usually resolves spontaneously within 24 hours, and other symptoms gradually subside as body temperature returns to normal. Second, at the injection site, symptoms such as heat, pain, redness, and swelling may appear within 24 hours.
