Today when I went to the bathroom, I noticed that one of my colleagues has relatively large testicles. What could be the reason for having abnormally large testicles?

Generally, a mass in the male scrotal area may be caused by hydrocele, which results from an imbalance in fluid absorption and secretion within the tunica vaginalis cavity. However, it could also be due to testicular tumors. Additionally, in severe cases of orchitis or epididymitis, significant swelling and large masses may develop, presenting as a markedly enlarged testicle.
