Mild cases of sweaty feet can generally be treated under a doctor's guidance with topical applications of ethanol mixture or alum solution. If excessive foot sweating occurs, oral vitamin B1 or other medications may also be taken as directed by a physician. For more severe cases of sweaty feet, improvement may be achieved through physical methods such as radiofrequency therapy or iontophoresis, based on medical advice. If symptoms are particularly severe or previous treatments have been ineffective, patients may consider undergoing minimally invasive thoracoscopic surgery under medical supervision.
