Can long foreskin in young children affect penis development?

My son has a long foreskin that prevents the glans from being exposed when he showers. I would like to know whether having an overly long foreskin in children can affect penis development.

小孩子包皮过长分为两种情况：一种是单纯性过长，阴茎头可以翻出，只要多进行清洗，不要穿过紧的内裤，营养充足，就不会引起阴茎发育的问题。再一种是由于包茎或者包皮与龟头出现了粘连，这时由于包皮不能很好地上翻显露阴茎头，会出现局部的肿胀，甚至炎症反应，有时候使阴茎发育受到很大的限制。
