Diarrhea after eating is a typical symptom of acute enteritis, mainly caused by cold exposure, consumption of unclean food, or fried and greasy foods. In such cases, local heat application can be helpful, along with medications such as bifidobacterium capsules and smectite powder. If symptoms persist for a long time or are triggered by consuming irritating foods, diarrhea may occur due to poor rest, stress, repeated fatigue, excessive pressure, overthinking, and anxiety, leading to endocrine disorders that result in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
