Generally not. Factors such as physiological and pathological conditions are usually considered. Overexertion, lack of sleep, etc., are physiological causes, while myocardial injury, muscle injury, and brain injury are relatively common examples. After myocardial injury, patients show significantly elevated levels of creatine kinase and creatine kinase isoenzymes, along with increased troponin levels.
