What are the symptoms of obstructive azoospermia?
Disease description:
After being married for many years, they have been unable to conceive. A hospital checkup revealed that the husband has obstructive azoospermia. What are the symptoms of obstructive azoospermia?
The main symptoms of obstructive azoospermia are largely absent in a significant portion of patients, who may present no clinical symptoms at all. However, some patients may experience redness, itching, and pain at the root of the scrotum, primarily caused by conditions such as orchitis, epididymitis, or seminal vesiculitis. Additionally, another group of patients may develop nodule-like lesions at the root of the scrotum, such as epididymal congestion or epididymal nodules.
