Pain in the lower left abdomen and left testicle is generally caused by testicular torsion. If the patient experiences torsion of the left testicle, inflammatory substances may stimulate the testicle, leading to testicular pain. Prolonged torsion of the left testicle may cause lower abdominal pain. In cases of left epididymitis, infection stimulates the epididymis, resulting in testicular pain. Additionally, inflammatory irritation may involve the spermatic cord, causing excessive tension that radiates to the lower abdomen and leads to lower abdominal pain.
