Pediatric ear cerumen

Cerumen in children occurs because their muscles are relatively relaxed, the temporomandibular joint has weaker movement, and the external auditory canal is relatively narrow, making cerumen expulsion more difficult. Over time, this can lead to cerumen accumulation.
