Curd-like white discharge without itching or odor is caused by infections and other factors. If the vaginitis is due to a Candida infection, even though there is no itching or odor, the abnormal discharge indicates an underlying issue. A vaginal discharge examination should be performed to determine whether it is simple fungal vaginitis or complicated fungal vaginitis, followed by appropriate antifungal treatment. This condition is associated with factors such as poor personal hygiene, unclean sexual practices, antibiotic abuse, and high blood glucose levels.
