After a LEEP procedure, normal sexual activity is generally not affected, and the quality of sex life is not reduced. However, sexual intercourse should not be resumed immediately after the surgery; it is usually recommended to abstain from sex for three months post-operation. Three months after the surgery, a follow-up examination at the hospital is necessary to assess the recovery of the condition. If the recovery is satisfactory, sexual activity can gradually be resumed.
