High hypotension may be caused by conditions such as hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis, or cardiovascular diseases. It is recommended that patients engage in appropriate exercise to control body weight and limit intake of egg, dairy, and meat products. Additionally, they should take lipid-lowering medications under medical supervision, and surgical treatment may be necessary when indicated. If high hypotension occurs during the later stages of pregnancy, pregnant women should ensure adequate sleep and nutrition, and follow medical advice regarding medication use.
