Nabothian cysts are a relatively common gynecological condition, also known as cervical glandular cysts. They are thought to result from obstructed drainage of cervical gland secretions and may be due to physiological changes, chronic inflammation, trauma, or other factors. Most patients typically have no obvious symptoms and the cysts are usually discovered only during a gynecological examination. After diagnosis, further treatment measures can be determined based on the individual's specific condition.
