Patients with liver dysfunction can eat mangoes. Mango is a relatively common fruit that is rich in nutrients and can to some extent reduce the burden on the liver and promote the repair and regeneration of liver cells. Appropriate consumption of mangoes may benefit patients with impaired liver function. However, they should not eat too many mangoes, as mangoes are considered a "heating" food in traditional dietary theory, and excessive consumption may easily lead to internal heat or "fire" in the body.
