In general, sexual intercourse is permissible during pregnancy with a double uterus. However, it should be avoided during the first trimester (months 1–3) and the last trimester (months 7–9). Intercourse may be safe during months 4–6 of pregnancy, but excessive force should be avoided to prevent miscarriage. If there are complications during pregnancy—such as cervical shortening or dilation, amniotic fluid leakage, placenta previa, vaginal bleeding, or a history of miscarriage—it is essential to consult a doctor before engaging in intercourse to avoid potential risks.
