Methods for treating myopia
Disease description:
The child often squints when looking at things and frequently complains of eye pain. I quickly took him for a vision test, and the result showed nearsightedness. Methods for treating nearsightedness:
Myopia can be treated with eyeglasses or laser surgery. For children, wearing glasses is the most economical and straightforwardly effective method; different prescriptions can be used to achieve desired visual acuity. Surgery is not recommended for children. Additionally, eye drops may be used to relieve eye discomfort, along with adequate rest and a diet rich in vision-supporting foods such as carrots and scrambled eggs with leeks.
