After undergoing myopia surgery, slightly blurred vision may be caused by postoperative infection. It is common to experience blurry vision in the early postoperative period, which usually gradually improves and completely resolves within about two weeks after surgery. Inadequate eye care following surgery, leading to infection, can also result in blurred vision. It is important to avoid rubbing the eyes after surgery.
