What causes a sudden increase in smegma?
Disease description:
I've recently noticed a sudden increase in smegma, which I've never experienced before. I'm a bit concerned—what could be the reason for a sudden increase in smegma?
A sudden increase in smegma is mainly caused by unclean sexual practices, leading to infections from Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Escherichia coli, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, Trichomonas, fungi, gonorrhea, diplococci, or other bacteria. These infections irritate the glans and foreskin, resulting in increased balanoposthitis. If a male has diabetes with poor blood glucose control, his resistance is easily reduced, making him more susceptible to balanoposthitis, which may suddenly increase in frequency or severity.
