Dull pain in the left testicle radiating to the lower left abdomen may be caused by conditions such as kidney stones. Stones in the lower segment of the ureter can cause severe pain that radiates to areas including the testicle, groin, and lower abdomen. It could also be due to left epididymo-orchitis, in which inflammation leads to swelling of the left epididymis and testicle. Furthermore, the testicles have extensive nerve distribution connected with nerves in the lower abdomen and waist; when stimulated by inflammation, this can cause tension in the spermatic cord, resulting in lower abdominal pain.
