I have a slightly retroverted uterus, and I'm worried about having difficulty during childbirth. I'd like to ask: is it harder to deliver a baby with a retroverted uterus?

A retroverted uterus makes childbirth easier, as a retroverted uterus means the cervix tends to tilt upward. In this case, whether the uterus is anteverted or retroverted has no relation to labor and does not affect fertility. Delivery depends on whether the fetal position is normal, the strength of uterine contractions, the condition of the birth canal, and the actual circumstances during childbirth—none of which are related to the position of the uterus.
