Excessive fatigue can generally lead to heavier menstrual flow. Menstrual volume is regulated by the secretory functions of the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and ovaries. Factors such as fatigue, staying up late, emotional fluctuations, and intense physical activity may all contribute to increased menstrual bleeding. Therefore, it is recommended to stay relaxed, get adequate rest, maintain a balanced diet, and avoid spicy, stimulating, or cold foods. Engage in moderate exercise. If heavy bleeding persists, you should seek medical attention; medication to stop bleeding may be necessary when indicated.
