Causes of stuttering in children
Disease description:
My child has recently started stuttering, and I've tried to correct it but haven't been successful. I would like to know what causes stuttering in children?
Stuttering in children may result from overly strict parenting, frequent criticism or blame from parents, excessive mental stress, or severe fright. It could also be caused by parents with short tempers who impatiently correct or interrupt children while they are learning to speak or during conversations, leading to excessive psychological pressure. Additionally, if a child's physical immunity decreases, or if they suffer from long-term illness, accidents, head injuries, or concussions, stuttering may also occur.
