Hello, you should not consume shrimp together with spinach—which contains oxalic acid—because the oxalic acid in spinach can bind with calcium in shrimp, increasing the risk of stone formation. Additionally, avoid drinking tea (which contains tannic acid) immediately after eating shrimp, as tannic acid may combine with calcium to form insoluble calcium salts, impairing digestion. We hope this information is helpful to you. Wishing you a happy and healthy life!
