To address spleen deficiency and remove dampness, eat corn, winter melon, coix seed (yi ren), red adzuki beans, etc. Consume light, easily digestible foods, increase intake of vegetables and fruits to replenish nutrients and balance trace elements in the body. Additionally, include warming foods such as ginger and garlic in moderation. Favor fruits like grapefruit and apples. Avoid strongly stimulating foods, especially greasy or oily items, which may cause nausea.
