Can Akaufen Powder be applied to mouth ulcers?

I've got a mouth ulcer, and today I found some Aspirin-Caffeine-Paracetamol Powder (Acetylsalicylic Acid-Caffeine-Paracetamol Powder) in the home medicine cabinet, but I'm not sure whether it can treat mouth ulcers. I'd like to know if this powder can be applied topically to the mouth ulcer?

Acetaminophen-Aspirin-Caffeine Powder should not be applied to oral ulcers. Since this compound contains aspirin and acetaminophen, it inhibits prostaglandin synthesis and helps reduce fever caused by the common cold or influenza. However, it is not effective for treating oral ulcers. Oral ulcers are usually treated with medications such as ulcer powders.
