What causes soreness and pain in the shoulders and arms?
Disease description:
Recently harvesting wheat and continuously doing farm work, my shoulders and arms have been sore. I would like to know what might be causing this shoulder and arm pain.
Shoulder and arm soreness is associated with muscle strain, myofascial inflammation, and cervical spondylosis. During daily work or activities, intense exercise, overexertion, exposure to cold, and prolonged periods of looking down can aggravate the condition. Treatment may include oral medications that promote blood circulation, unblock meridians, and reduce inflammation, which can help relieve symptoms. It's also important in daily life to get adequate rest, reduce physical activity, avoid excessive fatigue, refrain from prolonged head-down postures, and apply appropriate local massage—these measures can all help alleviate symptoms.
