Dr. Lin Yunfei
Pain at the inner bony tip of the elbow joint is usually caused by prolonged flexion and extension of the elbow joint or medial epicondylitis. Repeatedly performing the same movements leads to localized pain. If the condition worsens, it may result in bone spurs at the affected site, with pain spreading down the forearm. In severe cases, the ulnar nerve may be compressed, causing numbness in the ring finger, little finger, and surrounding areas.
