How should "Big Three Yang" be treated?
Disease description:
A few days ago, I had a medical checkup at the hospital, and the doctor told me I have "big three positives" (positive for HBsAg, HBeAg, and anti-HBc). I would like to know how this condition should be treated.
"Big three positives" usually refers to hepatitis B large three positives. Patients with hepatitis B large three positives should first undergo liver function tests and liver ultrasound. If the test results show no elevated transaminases or signs of jaundice, special treatment is generally not required, but precautions should be taken to avoid close contact with others. However, if abnormalities are detected, hospitalization and antiviral therapy are necessary.
