The milia under the eyes may result from regularly using low-quality or overly oily eye creams, which the delicate skin around the eyes cannot properly absorb, leading to accumulation in the eye area. Irregular lifestyle habits, chronic sleep deprivation, or an unbalanced diet—especially frequent consumption of spicy and stimulating foods—can typically cause fat metabolism disorders, overactive sebaceous gland secretion, clogged eye-area pores, and consequently lead to the development of milia under the eyes.
