Dr. Li Fengyong
After surgery for masseter muscle hypertrophy correction, maintain a regular diet. Consume more foods rich in vitamins and collagen, such as milk, pig trotters, and sesame seeds, to promote postoperative recovery. Avoid cold foods like ice cream, watermelon, and persimmons, as they are considered cooling or raw-cold in nature and may exacerbate surgical trauma. Additionally, patients should avoid spicy, irritating foods, as well as those high in cholesterol, sugar, or that are moldy or pickled, to prevent worsening of adverse reactions.
