After rhinoplasty with autologous cartilage grafting for nasal tip augmentation, an ice pack can be applied locally to reduce swelling and bleeding. It is also important to maintain proper wound hygiene; secretions from the wound can be gently cleaned using sterile cotton swabs. Avoid strenuous exercise, as it may cause displacement of the cartilage graft. Additionally, avoid showering too early to prevent potential wound infection.
