Calcification in the left kidney may result from excessive intake of calcium, exceeding the body's needs, leading to deposition in the kidneys during excretion. It could also form after recovery from diseases such as tuberculosis or inflammation. For patients with transient renal calcification who do not exhibit other symptoms—such as infection or hydronephrosis—no specific treatment is required; regular follow-up examinations are sufficient.
