Women with poor kidney function may experience symptoms such as foamy urine, oliguria, polyuria, or anuria. They may also have abdominal bloating, decreased appetite, and nausea, particularly noticeable during breakfast or upon waking in the morning, when nausea and vomiting tend to be more pronounced. Additionally, some patients may develop pale lips, fatigue, and in severe cases, fever, frequent urination, urgency, and dysuria.
