Early symptoms of adrenal tumors

Adrenal tumors typically do not present obvious clinical symptoms in the early stages, especially non-functional incidentalomas, whose early manifestations are identical to those of healthy individuals. In cases of adrenal cortical tumors, mild elevation in blood pressure may occur initially. As the disease progresses, patients may develop symptoms such as dizziness, headache, tinnitus, or fatigue. In severe cases, fluid and sodium retention may lead to weight gain.
