Symptoms of nasal melanoma

Nasal melanoma typically causes patients to experience nasal discomfort, along with adverse symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, and epistaxis. If the tumor affects the cranial nerves, it may lead to headaches. Nasal melanoma is associated with air pollution and nasal mucosal vasodilation. Surgical resection is a common treatment approach; however, if metastasis occurs, chemotherapy and targeted therapy are required.
