Back fat may rebound after liposuction. Back liposuction usually reduces the amount of fat, but the volume does not change permanently. If diet is not well controlled in daily life—such as frequently consuming high-fat or greasy foods—rebound may occur. Therefore, it is recommended to minimize intake of such foods after liposuction, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and engage in appropriate physical exercise.
