My nasal tip is a bit short. After consulting with a cosmetic clinic, the doctor said I could undergo nasal tip plastic surgery, but I'm somewhat concerned and would like to know if there are any side effects associated with this procedure.

Rhinoplasty may have side effects. If an implant is chosen, postoperative complications may include implant deviation. If silicone augmentation is performed, the implant may become translucent after surgery. In some cases, patients may experience impaired airway function, and in severe cases, loss of smell may occur. Additionally, without proper care, wound infection may develop as a side effect.
