Syringomas around the eyes can be treated with medications under a doctor's guidance. Commonly used medications include Wumiao Shuixian ointment and erythromycin ointment. If medication does not produce significant improvement, treatment at a hospital using physical methods such as liquid nitrogen cryotherapy, electrocoagulation, or laser therapy may be necessary. For larger and more numerous syringomas around the eyes, surgical excision may also be considered.
