What are the symptoms of early-stage endometrial cancer?

Early-stage endometrial cancer mainly presents with lower abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding. As the cancer progresses, it may lead to fluid accumulation in the uterine cavity, causing cramping and distending pain in the lower abdomen. In more severe cases, patients may develop anemia, weight loss, and nerve involvement in surrounding areas. Once diagnosed, endometrial cancer can be treated with chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgical intervention.
