Letrozole for ovulation induction can be started on day 2 to 5 of the menstrual cycle. It should be taken continuously for 5 days, followed by transvaginal ultrasound monitoring of follicular development. Since everyone's physical condition is different, medication must be taken strictly according to medical advice—self-medication is not recommended. Blind ovulation induction without proper follicle monitoring may lead to ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
