Elevated lipoprotein(a) is not classified as hyperlipidemia. This condition is generally caused by an excess of protein in low-density lipoprotein particles. Patients should restrict high-fat foods, consume more vegetables rich in fiber, and limit sweets. Further examinations and treatment should be conducted after diagnosis. Additionally, patients should ensure adequate rest, follow a low-salt and low-fat diet, and engage in appropriate physical exercise.
