Heparin for the uterine artery is generally administered up to 12 weeks. However, the specific duration of heparin injection for individual patients depends on their symptoms and coagulation status. If a patient has particularly disordered clotting function and relatively low coagulation activity, the heparin dose should be appropriately increased. If the patient has low levels of human chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone, progesterone supplementation may be given to enhance fertility.
