Recently, I've frequently felt soreness and fatigue in my right leg, which is very uncomfortable. A friend of mine was recently diagnosed with leukemia, so I'd like to ask whether soreness and fatigue in the right leg could be a precursor to leukemia?

Leg fatigue or soreness in the right leg is not necessarily a precursor to leukemia. Although some patients may experience symptoms such as general weakness and leg soreness after developing leukemia, not all cases of right leg discomfort are caused by leukemia. This symptom could instead result from excessive physical labor leading to muscle fatigue, or it might be due to anemia.
